Accessibility Information
Wheelchair Access
The 1st and 2nd floors of the Eiffel Tower are accessible to wheelchair users via the elevators. The elevators are large enough to accommodate standard wheelchairs. The Summit has limited accessibility due to the smaller elevator and confined space at the top level.

Visitors with disabilities and one accompanying person benefit from priority access at the entrance, allowing them to bypass the main queues. Present your disability card or documentation at the dedicated reception point at the base of the tower.
Tactile Models
Tactile scale models of the Eiffel Tower are available at ground level and on the 1st floor, designed for visually impaired visitors to experience the tower's shape and structure through touch.
Accessible Facilities
- Accessible toilets are available on the 1st and 2nd floors
- Guide dogs are welcome throughout the tower
- Seating areas are available on each floor
- Staff are trained to assist visitors with disabilities
Reduced Rates
Visitors with disabilities and one accompanying companion benefit from reduced admission rates. Proof of disability (card or certificate) is required at the ticket office.
